Seasonal Bloom Substitutions

Order Modification & Cancellation

Flowers are natural and subject to seasonal weather. If a specific stem is unavailable, our florists select a substitute of equal or higher value, preserving overall color palette and arrangement style.

Because fresh stems are prepared immediately upon order, cancellations or address adjustments must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery or pickup.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We handle every bouquet with extreme care using compostable wrapping materials and temperature-controlled transit.

Unattended Drop-offs

Hand-delivered within our metro zone in eco-friendly water boxes to ensure stems remain fully hydrated during transit.

Same-day orders placed before 11:00 AM arrive by 5:00 PM. Preferred delivery date and morning or afternoon time slots can be selected during checkout.

If the recipient is unavailable, bouquets are placed in a shaded, secure location and photo confirmation is delivered via SMS.

48-Hour Freshness Claims

Refund Eligibility & Processing

If stems arrive damaged or wilt prematurely within 48 hours, send a photo to our care team. We immediately dispatch a fresh replacement arrangement at no extra cost.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days for canceled orders or verified delivery issues that cannot be replaced.

Your personal details, recipient addresses, and payment information are handled with absolute confidentiality and security.
